The event will focus on CO2 & O2 measurement for laboratory and at the line. Accurate monitoring of CO2 is essential for product quality and cost control.
The trend towards natural products and market resistance to preservatives means that control of Oxygen is becoming even more important to enhance shelf life.
Packaging lines needs fast, accurate and timely measurements. Close control of the process needs reliable real time data.
