The new three-tier maintenance plan now offers UK based companies a tailored choice of three levels of entry - a prime, all inclusive plan of cover, with the additional Standard or Standard Plus plans to accommodate less flexible budgets.
Described as a premium gilt-edged all inclusive service plan, it covers all site time and travel costs for scheduled service visits to include costs for call-outs to breakdowns; all parts supplied during the term of the plan; and reduced rates on visits and parts replacement costs arising from accidental damage or misuse.
Where budgetary constraints or work practices suggest a more modest commitment, both the Standard and Standard Plus plans give cover for scheduled service visits to include site time and travel costs as well as reduced rates for call-outs due to breakdowns. The Standard plan gives a 15% discount on spare parts fitted while the Standard Plus plan covers parts supplied during the term of the plan, other than those damaged through accident or misuse.
Software upgrades, for improved autoclave performance, can be made available across all plans free of charge when appropriate.
Calibration to Ukas accredited standards can also be incorporated within any of the plans as well as the servicing of other manufacturers equipment.
