Process Analyser Systems (PASuk) launches Controle Analytique's GP-200 intelligent gas purifier, describing it as the perfect companion for trace gas analysers
Controle Analytique's GP-200 intelligent gas purifier will purify gases down to impurity levels below 10ppb (<1ppb version available) fed from standard UHP grade gas.
This purifier is used to provide premium quality carrier gas for all types of gas chromatographs.
No need for multiple traps mounted in series.
Gases purified include: argon, helium, neon, xenon, krypton and nitrogen.
Impurities removed include: water, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen.
Nominal flow 200cc per minute.
Intelligent: end of life indicator, temperature stability indicator, warn against over temperature caused by high impurity input, calculates total flow passed through it when connected to Controle Analytique analysers, PID temperature control loop for ultra stable bed operation.
Benefits: lower background noise in chromatographic applications, increases sensitivity in low impurity chromatograph applications, protects columns from moisture and oxygen, high quality gas generated at very low cost.
improves calibration accuracy for zero reference, no hydrogen released (two stages of purification), double gettering material compared to competitive units.
Applications: carrier gas purifier, zero gas generator for calibration of on-line analysers, reference gas generator for TCD analyser, mass spectrometer, various detectors including plasma, HID, DID, FID, PDID, TCD etc.
