Bespak has recently appointed Scott Kellogg to enhance its US commercial team.
Working from Palm Harbor in Florida, Scott Kellogg will be responsible for creating new business opportunities for the company's manufacturing services division as well as playing a key role in managing the company's relationship with Nektar Therapeutics, the originators of the PDS device designed to deliver the Exubera inhaled insulin therapy.
As well as identifying new US customers in Bespak's traditional target sectors of pharmaceuticals and device designers, Scott will also target broader sectors including healthcare and diagnostics.

A master in engineering management gained from Washington University, Kellogg started his career at General Motors, before working at SpectRx for fiv e years as a QA/cGMP manager.
Directly prior to his appointment at Bespak, Kellogg was a quality manager and lead programme manager for FCM, a privately owned injection moulding and contract-manufacturing firm.
