UK-based Donaldson Membranes has reinforced its sales and marketing structure following a successful 12 months which has seen demand for its products rise steadily across Europe
The new improved sales and marketing team is set to intensify presence of the Donaldson Membranes brand name and raise its profile as a manufacturer of Tetratex expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane and a worldwide provider of solutions in a variety of markets - including industrial filtration; pharmaceutical; microfiltration; fuel cell; medical; fine chemicals; food; plastics, and more.
Jenny Nash, who has developed Donaldson Membranes's marketing strategies over the last two years, has been promoted to marketing manager, having used her extensive experience gained within the manufacturing industry to increase growth opportunities in Europe.
New recruit Clara Robinson has taken over Jenny's previous role of marketing executive, and will draw on skills in product management, market research and material sampling - acquired within the industrial fibres industry - to carry out her responsibilities for direct marketing and exhibitions.
Nash and Robinson will be backed up by Sharron Fox and Lisa Hirst on sales support.
Mark Rigby, director, said: "Donaldson Membranes has seen excellent growth of its Tetratex range over recent years and our external sales force has greatly increased our customer base throughout Europe, providing first-class customer service to back up our premium products.
"It is imperative that we have an internal marketing department capable of continually building brand awareness to maintain our existing client base and identify new areas for growth.
"I am confident that we have the best team in place to further increase sales of our products and services."
