Delp and Associates, a designer and manufacturer of unique mechanical solutions and problem-solving laboratory equipment, has opened a new headquarters office in suburban Columbus, Ohio
The office is home to the research and development, design, manufacturing, sales and administrative functions for both Delp and Associates and its consumer division, Delp Mixer.
"We've grown a great deal in a relatively short period of time thanks to increasing demand from our customers and tremendous support from our partners and suppliers," said Delp and Associates president and CEO Lisa Delp.
"And since our business was born in Columbus and incubated by local organizations, this is where we wanted to stay." The move was necessitated primarily by the growth of the company's signature product, the Delp Mixer.
A bench-scale laboratory mixer, the product is an easy-to-use, easy-to-assemble and easy-to-maintain mixer that mounts to standard laboratory glassware in multiple configurations and can mix in both pressure and vacuum environments.
The mixer can be made more versatile through a variety of available mounts and adapters.
"Securing additional office and shop space was certainly something we planned on, even if it came sooner than we thought," Delp added.
"The growing popularity of the mixers and the need for a more ideal environment to manufacture and showcase them made the move imperative".

The Delp Mixer Company manufactures and markets versatile, durable, simple-to-use, bench-scale mixing equipment for a variety of chemical and scientific applications.
