Biacore International announces that its first quarter sales performance was better than current market expectations
In the first quarter 2006, sales increased by approximately 19% compared to the corresponding period in 2005.
Biacore had anticipated a slowdown in its growth in the early part of 2006 following the record sales it achieved in the final quarter of 2005.
Biacore's interim report for the first quarter will be published on 4 May 2006.
