A forthcoming Reading Scientific Services event will cover the launch of products into the free-from market
At a forthcoming Reading Scientific Services event, a panel of expert speakers will give presentations on key issues concerning the launch of products into the free-from market.
Visitors will also get to see RSSL's recently refurbished laboratories and pilot plant facility.
Presentation topics will cover consumer issues (Nicky Mendoza, Coeliac UK), product development challenges (Martin Hopkins, Safetoeat), allergen control in the foodchain (Simon Flanagan, RSSL) and information sources (Clare Mills, IFR).
After lunch, delegates will be able to book individual sessions with RSSL experts to discuss specific problems and issues they have around this topic.
