Institute of Clinical Research (ICR) is offering the opportunity to present a session at the 2007 Annual Spring Conference titled Clinical research - Raising the profile and challenging the boundaries
Anne Hewitt, general manager of the ICR said: "The spring conference working party is keen to encourage as much participation as possible and we feel that these presentations represent invaluable opportunities to both demonstrate expertise and communicate with a global audience.
"At this stage we would like potential speakers to submit a 200 word abstract outlining the presentation and a 100 word biography.
"The presentations themselves should last one hour.
"With this information the Working Party can then consider the suitability of the presentations and the presenters themselves".
The short-listed topics available for consideration are: Human boundaries, Hidden challenges, True costs, Future profile, Special interest, and Country specifics.
It is free to submit an abstract and forms are available online.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is Friday 1 September 2006 and successful authors will be notified by early November 2006.
Domestic and international submissions are encouraged and will be graded individually on merit and originality.
Submission of an abstract constitutes the author's commitment to present the abstract as accepted and for a transcript to be made available to ICR members.
