Invetech, a specialist in instrument development and custom automation, announces its corporate sponsorship of Drug Discovery Technology and Development 2006
Invetech will be showcasing its instrument development techniques and custom automation services.
The company supplies outsourced design and engineering services for clinical in-vitro diagnostics, life sciences and biotechnology, molecular biology, medical equipment, drug discovery and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Invetech will be speaking at the conference with its customer, MDS Sciex.
The two companies will be presenting on the success of the co-development of label-free cell-based platforms for the analysis of cell function in drug discovery applications.
The seminar will be held at 9am, Wednesday 9 August, demonstrating the ground-breaking CellKey, a collaboration between Invetech and MDS Sciex, which took less than 21 months from product concept to product launch.

Drug Discovery Technology and Development is an annual event taking place on August 7-10, 2006 in Boston, Massachusetts.
During the four days of the conference, hot topics and issues will be discussed by the industry gurus as well as it being the platform for new launches.
This will be Invetech's second appearance at Drug Discovery Technology and Development and its first time as a corporate sponsor.
David James, director of manufacturing innovation, and Paul Dovile, manager of life sciences, will be representing Invetech at the conference.
