Since its market introduction the Saxsess has become the instrument of choice for many customers performing small- and wide-angle X-ray scattering studies
Striving for further improvement, Anton Paar now combines the well-appreciated features of the Saxsess with the possibility of real-time data collection with a CCD detector.
This allows for time-resolved Saxs experiments resulting in a high sample throughput, especially useful for the investigation of reacting systems, for monitoring particle-growth processes and for quality control in general.
The use of an advanced CCD detector results in an outstanding overall resolution beyond 150nm.
