Cellexus Biosystems of Cambridgeshire, UK, announces that it is seeking to raise up to £297,500 via a placing of up to 350,000 ordinary shares at 85p per share
The proceeds of the private placing will be used to fund an acceleration of the company's marketing strategy through more exhibitions, marketing campaigns and promotions, as the company's products start shipping in October 2006, the development of its facilities in Cambridgeshire through the creation of a new mammalian cell culture suite so as to exploit new applications of its core technologies and the expansion of the company's infrastructure to support these operations.
This offer does not require the publication of prospectus document under the exemption provided by Rule 41, Part 2 of the Ofex Rules for Issuers.
