CambridgeSoft announced that Rudolph Potenzone has joined CambridgeSoft as vice president, enterprise solutions
Potenzone is a seasoned veteran in designing, delivering and deploying novel and integrated solutions across the life science, biological and chemical industries for over 25 years.
He brings to CambridgeSoft strong leadership and management skills to oversee large enterprise projects for CambridgeSoft's global accounts.
Potenzone's background includes being president of Lion Biosciences US, where he had a lead role in the production of Lion Discovery Center.
Previously, as senior vice president of research and development at MDL Information, Reed Elsevier, he led the teams that supported Isis and developed Isentris and Discovery Gate.
Prior to that he was director of new product development and research of Chemical Abstracts, American Chemical Society, leading the development of SciFinder (CAS).
Potenzone holds a PhD and MS in macromolecular science from Case Western Reserve University and a BS in biophysics from the University of Pittsburgh.
