Franek Technologies began working with Adairs Electric in 2002 when they developed a scaleable 100% emergency power back-up solution for Dynamic Concepts (DCI), a premier supplier of global Internet-enabled products and services.
On this project, the experts at Franek Technologies custom-engineered a comprehensive power protection infrastructure to protect the entire facility and all assets within its high-performance network, through which terabytes of data flows daily.
Franek Technologies then worked with the electrical specialists at Adairs Electric to provide seamless installation.
The teaming of Franek Technologies and Adairs Electric resources provided DCI with a timely completion of its turnkey power solution to protect the integrity and security of its customer's data, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without any unscheduled switch over time.
Another large-scale installation that Franek Technologies and Adairs Electric completed recently was at the City of Hope's Beckman Research Institute.
The team of experts provided consultation, design, and installation of highly-sensitive instrumentation, including Waters Micromass Quattro Ultima LC/LC/MS (liquid chromatography/liquid chromatography/mass spectrometer) and PerkinElmerSciex Protof 2000 orthogonal Tof Maldi MS (time of flight, matrix assisted laser desorption ionisation, mass spectrometer).
As a result of this collaboration, the pioneering biomedical research center is now protected from power outages and glitches, even as short as 30 milliseconds.
