QuickPredict is a moisture-analyser software functionality from METTLER TOLEDO which minimises time-to-result, predicting measurements that used to take up to 15 minutes or longer in just two minutes.
The new software functionality is design to reduce bottlenecks and delays caused by the wait for results of moisture analysis. Different samples have distinct drying curves, regardless of the amount of moisture present.
This ‘fingerprint’ can be used to build up sample-specific prediction knowledge. Once this knowledge is established, QuickPredict can accurately predict the outcome of a measurement shortly after it starts.
A wizard guides takes users by the software set-up step-by-step. Once enabled, routine measurements including pass/fail functionality are performed in typical fashion (a single button-click).
