Artel announces the appointment of Mary Coulombe to clinical sales manager and Joanne Romano to clinical sales representative
These personnel moves were designed to enhance the firm's ability to meet the demand for its PCS (pipette calibration system), MVS (multichannel verification system) and new LDQA (liquid delivery quality assurance) service suite, which includes automated liquid delivery equipment qualification and optimisation, manual pipetting training and certification, SOP review and development support, and regulatory compliance guidance.
"Mary and Joanne have demonstrated superb knowledge-based customer service and support and will grow this in their new roles," notes Kirby Pilcher, president, Artel.
"Both will be key in Artel's provision of high-level LDQA services and will lead the company's initiative to better understand the processes and needs of clinical laboratory customers." Coulombe previously held the position of clinical marketing representative at Artel and works closely with the company's largest clinical laboratory customers.
Romano previously held technical positions, supporting Artel's operations and calibration laboratories.
