Martin Koch is a qualified electromechanical engineer and his previous role at Zeiss enabled him to develop experience in sales, aftersales and sales of machinery used in automotive quality control
Martin Koch has joined the team for the EMEA region following three years in the Donaldson group's special markets division, where he gained in-depth knowledge of microelectronics for applications involving sensors, electronics housings and medical devices.
Koch is now looking forward to combining his technical and sales skills in his new role for Donaldson Membranes, where he will support the technical products sales team serving markets including: healthcare; laboratory equipment; vent filter and breathers; crystal wrap and microfiltration.
Martin said: "My goal is to build up a knowledge database in Europe so that I can provide a swift response to answers from customers and potential clients.
"Having a detailed overview of the products which can use our membrane technology will allow us to offer a wide variety of markets the materials and solutions they need, whilst passing on this vital information to our R+D and production department.
"We see huge growth potential in technical products applications but first-class technical support and quick and efficient reactions are critical for successful development.
"My role will be dedicated to dealing with the technical aspects of these projects and I aim to create a significant added value, both for our customers and my colleagues at Donaldson Membranes".
