Viscotek has reported very positive feedback from the participants attending its recent GPC/SEC masterclass held in the Netherlands and France
Covering a wide range of practical and theoretical topics relating to GPC/SEC characterisation of natural and synthetic macromolecules the aim of the popular two-day masterclass was to give participants a good grounding in all the currently available techniques.
Drawn by an array of experienced speakers, attendees received authoritative background to the principles, the strengths and weaknesses and use of the latest GPC/SEC instrumental techniques.
Practical applications-based sessions, addressing subjects including determination of molecular weight, size and intrinsic viscosity, measurement of branching and aggregation, as well as treatment of copolymers and protein conjugates received particular praise from those attending the masterclasses.
Viscotek Europe has been running GPC/SEC seminars and courses for nearly 15 years.
They have been held in 18 countries and attended by several thousand delegates.
Courses range from short seminars, through custom designed courses for larger multi-user clients to the popular, comprehensive GPC/SEC masterclass.
The content is drawn from the personal experience and expertise of Viscotek staff and customers around the world.
