InterSystems reports that its Ensemble rapid integration software ranked number one for interface engines in the survey of healthcare enterprises conducted annually by Klas Enterprises
The awards were announced in the 2006 Top 20: year-end best in Klas awards report.
A provider of database and integration technology in healthcare, InterSystems develops and markets the Cache post-relational database, Ensemble rapid integration software, and HealthShare health information exchange platform.
In 12 of the 14 primary indicators measured by Klas for the interface engines market category, Ensemble received the highest score.
Market category leaders are "firms that have excelled in their respective market segments," the report stated.
Klas reports are based on detailed interviews with healthcare technology product users and are known throughout healthcare for accurate and objective information delivery.
