Phoenix develops the software to support the cleanroom and Mems/Moems design activities.
Its products ranges from the Cleanroom Database to the Mems/Moems simulation software.
With respect to the mask layout software it has currently two products available: CleWin, which is a physical mask-layout tool, and MaskEngineer, which is a parametric mask-layout tool.
For process flow design there is FlowDesigner , which does 2D process flow (etch,deposition) visualisation.
Mask information for this visualisation can be retrieved from both CleWin and MaskEngineer using the MaskSliceLink.
PhoeniX products offer a wide range of usage and capability, says the company.
