Designed in one compact floor mounted enclosure complete with oil-free compressors, the generator utilises the well known and reliable PSA technique to produce nitrogen and pure air at the levels required for the MDS Sciex range.
A proportion of the pure air is then passed through a heated catalyst to remove hydrocarbons which produces the zero air required.
This design ensures that in an environment where there is a probability of increased hydrocarbon levels, these are removed from the outlet air preventing any possible effects on the analysing techniques.
Noblegen's three-in-one gas generator comes with a standard two year warranty which includes the compressors, optional extended warranty, life-time warranty on both the carbon molecular sieve used in the PSA technique and on the PLC used to control the system.
