The Metrohm Simplicity KF range comprises two complete instruments for the analysis of water in most products, with a range from ppm to 100%.
These units are, says Metrohm, the simplest to use, and come complete with all the accessories needed for KF titrations.
This range has been developed to make the analysis of water content, often perceived as complex, easy.
The parameters of each instrument have been optimised to ensure fast, accurate and reproducible results, with the minimum of user intervention.
Virtually all the operating buttons are locked-out to stop any unwanted changes to parameters and results.
Simplicity C.
This coulometric instrument includes a magnetic stirrer, titration cell and electrodes as standard.
Operation is simple, press start and inject sample, the result is then displayed on the screen in ppm or % (or both should you wish).
The instrument is then ready for the next sample.
If the sample size needs to be added, this is easily achieved via direct connection of a balance.
Simplicity V.
The volumetric instrument also includes all the accessories needed to perform KF analysis i.e.
titrator, burette, stirrer/pump unit, titration vessel and electrode.
As above, once the instrument is ready a one button click initiates analysis and the result is displayed on the screen.
Balance interfacing is again an option.
