Gene Pulser electroporation buffer's patent-pending sugar-based formulation simulates the natural cell environment to minimize cell mortality, while ensuring highly efficient delivery of nucleic acids
Bio-Rad Laboratories has introduced its new Gene Pulser electroporation buffer, a universal buffer formulated to improve delivery of molecules into mammalian cells.
Unlike other electroporation buffers, Gene Pulser buffer works with most electroporation systems and waveforms and can be used for the introduction of molecules into primary cells, difficult-to-transfect cell lines, and for high-throughput electroporation.
Recommended for delivery of siRNA, plasmid DNA, and other biomolecules into all mammalian cell types, this new electroporation buffer improves efficiency of transfection, increases cell viability after electroporation, and it can be used for transfection in single cuvettes or in multiwell plates.
The Gene Pulser electroporation buffer is immediately available.
