See the latest innovations in pipetting on the Anachem stand at International Biotech, to be held 25-26 November 2003 at Olympia, London
Anachem LifeScience says it will have a strong presence at International Biotech 2003, where it will showcase an impressive array of new, innovative manual liquid handling products from leading manufacturers such as Gilson and Rainin.
Visitors will find interactive displays on the stand plus pipette service demonstrations.
They will be able to see and try out exciting new pipettes including the Pipetman Ultra and Rainin electronic LTS system in a comfortable hospitality area.
In addition Anachem's experts will be holding a free seminar, the Anachem Guide to Good Pipette Technique and Maintenance, to update users, both new and experienced.
This will cover practical tips in working ergonomically and achieving maximum accuracy and precision from your pipettes, a must for all scientists in both research and production environments.
One of the highlights on the Anachem stand will be the new Pipetman Ultra, an additional member to the Gilson Pipetman family, the pipetting standard of scientists for over 30 years.
This latest design has been developed to address the needs of users in modern laboratories, offering ultra durability, accuracy and precision together with original features for extra comfort, ease of use and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
Other Gilson products on show will be its first pipetting aid for rapid and controlled dispensing of large volumes, the Minipuls3 peristalic pump and innovative tip racking options such as the tower pack refill system.
Visitors can experience for themselves the first new pipette tip and shaft design for nearly 30 years by trying out the Rainin LTS LiteTouch tip ejection system.
This unique system dramatically reduces total pipetting forces by up to 95% and also aids tip loading and ejection, a particular feature of its multichannel pipettes making them the easiest to use.
