Extending the light touch advantage in pipetting Anachem announces the continuing growth of Rainin's extensive multichannel pipette line with the introduction of new volume ranges and pipette formats.
Anachem claims to offer the world's largest range of multichannel pipettes with the addition of the new 16 channel (2x8 standard 96-well plate spacing) and 24 channel models (2x12 standard 96-well plate spacing) both in 20 and 100ul volume ranges.
A new 50ul model has also been introduced to the 8 and 12 channel format and additional 12 channel 300ul and 1200ul models are now included. All are available with the renowned Rainin LTS (light touch tip ejection system) in either electronic or manual pipette options. Rainin multichannel pipettes feature the LTS light touch tip ejection system that is said to eliminate or reduce repetitive strain injuries (RSI) with 65% to 95% reduction in pipetting forces.
The unique cylindrical shaft and tip design provides low force loading and ejection.
Tips load in as little as two seconds with a perfect fit making them the easiest multichannels available.
LTS tips therefore ensure a leak-free seal first time, every time, says Anachem.
