The Gilson 171/172 detectors offer easy integration together with remote light fiber technology and complete compatibility with the new Trilution LC V2.0 system control software
Photo diode array detectors have increased in popularity and have proved to be an industry necessity in applications such as analytical and preparative HPLC.
They ensure that you always capture and collect the correct fractions of interest.
Now Anachem launches the new Gilson 171 and 172 diode array detectors specifically developed to enhance detection to a greater level.
The light path in each of these intuitive instruments is created using fiber optic cables, generating the option to include a remote flow cell that can be positioned up to one meter from the detector.
This enables a direct coupling of the column output to the flow cell, producing fast and well defined, sharp peaks.
The diode array detectors can acquire up to eight simultaneous compound specific wavelengths increasing sensitivity and selectivity - so nothing is missed.
Trilution LC v2.0 offers full support to both the 171 and 172 diode array detectors.
The control software features spectral library creation, 3D and Iso-electric plots as well as a spectrum display.
Peak purity can be monitored using graphical indications that meet required purity settings and samples are automatically re-injected based on their peak purity value, ideal for laboratories that perform analytical scout runs.
