Oxoid invites those involved in food and beverage safety and hygiene to enter the 2007/2008 Oxoid Food Safety Team of the Year Award
Organised in conjunction with International Food Hygiene and the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, the award is simple to enter - a summary of activity, in 2000 words, is all that is required - and entries are welcome from teams world wide.
Hints and tips on what might be included in your entry are available from your local representative of Oxoid products, or can be downloaded.
The closing date is 30 June 2008.
The first prize winners will receive £1000 and a commemorative trophy, with the runners-up receiving £500 and a framed certificate.
Winning teams will be publicised within the food and beverage industry media including features in the Oxoid Setting Standards newsletter.
