New site from Syngene contains information on the best imaging conditions to use with any Syngene image analyser for over 160 commercially available chemiluminescence, fluorescence and visible stains
Syngene introduces its unique web based filter and lighting selector.
This easy to use service is designed to save researchers using Syngene image analysers valuable time, by helping them choose the right filter and lighting combination for a vast range of dye applications.
By selecting the Syngene system, dye and sample format, researchers can automatically access all optimum filter and lighting choices in seconds, making this a powerful time saving resource for any Syngene system user.
The database, which took many hours for Syngene's technical team to construct, is based on either bench conditions Syngene has discovered or manufacturer's recommendations and will be updated as new commercial dyes become available.
Using it will save researchers time and effort with many image analysis applications.
Laura Sullivan, Syngene's divisional manager, commented: "At Syngene we have earned the reputation of providing the best technical support and are very excited to use our expertise to make a unique filter and lighting selector available.
"With this new interactive database containing literally hundreds of imaging combinations, yet again we are taking the lead by being the only company in the world to offer this high level of technical resource to our customers totally free of charge.
"Any scientist is guaranteed to quickly and easily find the correct filter and lighting combination for them, ensuring optimum performance from their Syngene image analyser, even when viewing the most unusual commercial dyes."
