Uniscan Instruments announces an exclusive license agreement for scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) technology in the USA
Uniscan Instruments, UK based manufacturer of scanning electrochemical probe systems, announce an exclusive agreement with the assigned owners of US Patent 5,202,004 facilitating the distribution of its model SECM370 scanning electrochemical microscope in the United States of America.
The agreement confers sole and exclusive rights to Uniscan to the intellectual property contained in US Patent 5,202,004 for the lifetime of the patent.
The SECM370 is an addition to the recently introduced M370 electrochemical workstation, a new modular concept into electrochemical probe techniques which includes modules available for scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM), scanning vibrating electrode (SVET), scanning Kelvin probe (SKP), localised impedance spectroscopy (LEIS), scanning droplet system (SDS) and non-contact surface profiling (OSP).
