Labcold has been chosen as the sole supplier for refrigeration units by the Institute of Oncology at St James's University Hospital, Leeds.
The institute has equipped more than GBP250,000 worth of refrigerators and freezers supplied by Labcold.
The company's range is compliant with all relevant current guidelines, including DoH Green Book, GMP, MHRA and RPSGB.
Michelle Rogers, sales manager at Labcold, said: 'Being a supply partner on these major projects is about more than supplying fridges and freezers - we get involved early on providing advice on product selection and specification; pre- or post-installation we provide calibration, validation and temperature mapping and then longer term, a maintenance contract, all using our own engineers.'
