Visitors to Neuroscience 2008, to be held on 15-19 November in Washington, DC, will be introduced to a range of hand-held electronic pipettors.
Voyager is a single-handed, adjustable-spacing, multichannel pipettor that supports sample transfers between different labware formats.
Vision is a hand-held electronic pipettor range that can be controlled with a touch wheel user interface over four-colour display.
The lightweight Pipetboy serological pipettor and Dose It peristaltic pump will also be showcased and demonstrated at the Neuroscience meeting.
The Dose It peristaltic pump dispenses culture media and buffers, and features a multilingual user interface and large display and keypad.
It provides high accuracy dispensing across a range of dose volumes (0.1ml to 10 litres) and flow rates (0.6ml/min to 5 litres/min) and reduces the need for a laboratory to have several single-purpose pumps.
The Vacusafe comfort system will also be demonstrated.
