To establish a baseline of customer satisfaction, a survey of key customers was conducted, yielding results that exceeded company expectations.
Franek Technologies plans to complete the ISO 9001-2000 certification and all audits, which aim to assist the company in satisfying its customers, meeting regulatory requirements, and achieving continual improvement, by the end of the year.
