Hitachi's UK electron microscopy and semiconductor tools businesses have relocated to the UK headquarters of Hitachi High-Technologies (HHT) in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
The move brings all of the UK business activities of Hitachi High-Technologies into a single location.
All e-mail contact details remain the same after the move, and the current telephone number has also been transferred.
