Validating freezer temperatures for storage of essential materials with critical requirements for ultra-low temperatures can now be assured with use of the Dickson ultra-low recorder.
This 24/7 monitoring tool with built-in relays to integrate with alarm systems helps assure 21 CFR Part 1271 and other regulatory compliance.
The Dickson ultra-low recorder includes temperature recording for 100 to 0F/C.
A quick reference digital display, glycol bottles for temperature stabilisation and relay contacts to integrate into facility alarm systems are also available with the ultra-low recorder.
'Data loggers built in to ultra-low freezers should be independently verified to ensure that stored tissues and other bio-materials don't deteriorate,' said Nick Kovacic, hospital specialist for Dickson.
'We've introduced the ultra-low recorder to give managers of laboratories and other medical facilities storing critical items a tool to take this worry away.' Dickson Company offers a selection of temperature data loggers, chart recorders and alarm thermometers.
