Hach Lange, a manufacturer of analytical instruments and reagents, has incorporated its sister company Hach Ultra.
The combined company will now trade under the Hach Lange name.
Hach Ultra made instrumentation brands such as Orbisphere, Polymetron, Anatel and Met One.
It also made test and monitoring instrumentation for gas and liquids monitoring in markets such as beverages, petrochemical, electronics, power and life sciences.
All sales, service and repair work will now be undertaken at the Hach Lange facility in Manchester.
This will streamline the processes with which orders and service work are handled and ensure that customers receive a prompt and effective service.
