Xstream Systems has announced that Cumberland Distribution has selected Xstream's XT250 materials authentication solution to advance its supply chain safety process.
In its Nashville, Tennessee-based distribution centre, Cumberland is deploying Xstream's authentication solution in order to provide its customers with access to the safest and most verified pharmaceutical products available, and protect it from the growing threat of counterfeit, tampered, and adulterated pharmaceuticals.
By integrating Cumberland's Caretrac inventory management system with Xstream's Secure Pharma Network (SPN), Cumberland will be able to provide its customers with online access to the individual molecular signature of each product distributed.
