Randox has won the Innovator of the Year Award at the 'Invest NI Innovation and Export Awards 2009', for its Biochip Array Technology (BAT).
BAT allows the simultaneous detection of multiple analytes in a single patient sample, providing a more comprehensive picture of patient status and improving laboratories' ability to deliver correct diagnosis and administer appropriate treatment.
The Invest NI Innovation and Export Awards 2009 was held at BBC Blackstaff Studios, Belfast on 18 February.
