Just six months after its introduction, Lablogic Systems already has six sites validating Debra 5.7, the latest release of its Lims for non-clinical Adme studies.
The company is using the early 'in-lab' experience of the first users to fine tune some of the new features in the latest update (5.7.3).
Among them is the time deviation function, which calculates any percentage deviations from the theoretical time and can flag and report samples falling outside the limit.
This supplements the established facility to record the actual time of dosing and then calculate the theoretical time at which a sample should be captured.
A chronologically ordered set of samples, each with a countdown clock set to the optimum sampling time, is displayed for the benefit of the technician.
The other major new module is for protein binding assays - equilibrium dialysis, ultrafiltration, ultracentrifugation and blood cell association, as well as non-specific binding and time to equilibrium experiments.
The module provides a set of report templates derived from directly captured instrument measurements, so there is no need for laborious and error-prone QC checking of data transcription and results tables.
