It is a four-megapixel (2048x2048) camera that offers low read noise floor and high QE across the X-ray, XUV and EUV energy ranges.
It boasts negligible dark current with thermoelectric cooling to as low as -100C, ideal for maximising signal-to-noise for low photon flux applications.
Readout speeds of up to 5MHz transmit data through a convenient USB 2.0 interface.
