A partnership between Bios International and Labtronics provides a key new resource in the measurement of gas flow with the development of Bios Optimiser Collect light.
The flexible software solution collects data directly from Bios International instruments, parses out the data that customers need from the data stream, and sends the results directly into common application programs, such as Excel.
Initially, Bios International purchased Collect 6.1 for its own internal use, but it quickly realised that Collect 6.1 was a powerful tool that would benefit its customers.
This led to the partnership with Labtronics to introduce Bios Optimiser Collect light.
Mike DeWitte, vice-president of sales and marketing at Labtronics, said: 'Collect's versatility makes it easy to create OEM versions of the software for companies with instruments that have RS232 or TCP/IP communication ports.'
