Integra Biosciences AG has released the Viaflo Voyager range of handheld eight- and 12-channel electronic pipettes, which increase the productivity of liquid sample transfers.
Voyager pipettes are based on an adjustable spacing design.
They eliminate cross contamination and ensure consistent and accurate delivery of liquids to target vessels.
Voyager electronic pipettes are suitable for sample reformatting, PCR Reaction set-up, Elisa sample transfers and Taqman Assay set-up.
Voyager eight-channel pipettes can transfer fluids out of tubes in racks that are spaced more than 9.0mm apart into 96-well format plates.
They can perform eight transfers simultaneously.
Four eight-channel Voyager models are available in volumes ranging from 0.5uL up to 1250uL.
Voyager 12-channel pipettes can simultaneously transfer 12 fluids out of tubes or plates in racks spaced more than 4.5mm apart, into 96-well format plates.
Two 12-channel models are available: a 0.5-12.5uL and a 5.0-125uL.
Voyager pipettes can accommodate two or three user-defined centre-to-centre tip spacings, which can be activated during pipette applications.
Pressing a button moves the tips to the required tip spacing.
Viaflo Voyager pipettes work exclusively with Viaflo Griptips, which provide perfect seals and don't fall off during use.
