22 September 2009 - LGC Standards has opened its first office in St Petersburg, Russia.
The initial focus for the Russian team will be the pharmaceutical sector, launching the LGC Standards range of 2,400 reference standards for pharmaceutical impurities to support quality control.
16 April 2009 - LGC Standards, which provides a range of products and services for measurement and laboratory control, has opened an office in Beijing, China. The office will enable the company to bring its range of laboratory products and services to the Chinese market.
The company claims that, for the first time, it will be able to support Chinese laboratories directly by offering logistical and technical advice in their local language.
