27 July 2010 - Liquid handling quality assurance expert Artel is expanding the reach of its technical services team into the west coast with a permanent support office based in southern California.
16 April 2009 - Artel, a specialist in liquid handling quality assurance, has expanded its technical services team with the appointment of Candie Cavosora as customer support specialist. Cavosora will coordinate the company's Pipette Proficiency Training programme: a service designed to help laboratory personnel improve their pipetting technique.
She will also provide customers with after-sales instrument and software support.
