The Association for Laboratory Automation (ALA) has reached an agreement with Miptec to begin a partnership to support the Young Scientists Poster Award.
The collaboration aims to unite the two scientific organisations around young scientists presenting research within the field of laboratory automation surrounding drug discovery.
Miptec has also named the ALA as the sponsor of its student poster competition at its October 2009 conference and exhibition taking place in Basel, Switzerland.
