12 May 2011 - Waters has welcomed into its Centers of Innovation Program the Proteomics Core Facility at the Duke University School of Medicine (Durham, NC).
In a ceremony at Duke University, Waters recognised associate research prof M Arthur Moseley, director of proteomics, for his research and support of research at the Duke University School of Medicine to bring about improvements in human health.

Bruns joins Waters from Abbott Diagnostics, where he was responsible for global marketing for Abbott’s infectious disease business.
2 June 2009 - Vicam is relocating its operations from Watertown, Massachusetts, to the headquarters of its parent company Waters Corporation of Milford, Massachusetts.
Vicam's Nixa, Missouri, location will continue to serve as Vicam's orders, customer service and production location.
