22 April 2010 - Oxford Instruments Nanoscience has been awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category.
The company received the accolade for the development of Triton200, a cryogen-free dilution refrigerator with an integrated high-field superconducting magnet.
4 December 2009 - Dr Yousoo Kim, from the surface chemistry laboratory in Riken, has won the 2009 Sir Martin Wood Prize at the Millennium Science Forum, organised by Oxford Instruments. 13 July 2009 - Oxford Instruments has been named among the 30 British companies on the FTSE Green Index.
