Labtronics has announced a Limslink CDS Embedded Interface for Agilent's Cerity that integrates Cerity with any Lims, from right inside the Cerity client.
This embedded interface adds new functionality to the Cerity XML import.
Clicking on the 'Import Samples/Sequences' menu item in the Cerity client automatically retrieves worklists and sample information from any Lims.
Limslink CDS automatically expands these Lims worklists to include standards and check samples before replicating and then uploading the full sequence to Cerity - ready to run.
After the sequence has been analysed, Limslink CDS electronically captures any Cerity report, automatically extracts the information and transfers it to any Lims.
