8 December 2009 - Bio-Chem Fluidics, a manufacturer of inert, miniature fluid-handling components for laboratory instruments, has been granted a Chinese business licence for its new Shanghai factory.
The company is now classed as a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE), which means it has full import/export capabilities.
23 July 2009 - Bio-Chem Fluidics has appointed Ray Demirjian as vice-president of sales. Demirjian will be responsible for all sales, marketing and customer service for Bio-Chem Fluidics worldwide.
Prior to this appointment, he was president of John Guest USA, a manufacturer of fittings and valves.
