Metrohm has launched the QuickTOC loop using a high-temperature principle that has been optimised for low measurement ranges.
Typical online applications range from high-purity water at low ppb levels to drinking and process water (such as chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical).
The sample injection takes place in a closed-loop sampling system to prevent contamination of the sample from the air.
All materials in contact with the process are inert, ensuring exact results in low measuring ranges (0-10mg/l). Features include: the precise determination of TC, TOC, TIC and NPOC; optional multi-channel measurement; optional TNb detection; a fast response time; high reproducibility; menu-driven software; and fast gas validation. Sample conditioning is not necessary and the device is designed for pure water, cooling water and condensate measurements. Oxidation is greater than 1,200C (T100-value). It works without catalysts and offers minimum maintenance and downtime.
