Associated Laboratory Services (ALS) (UK) has designed and fitted-out the L'Oreal Young Scientist Centre - a laboratory facility for children opened by the Royal Institution in London.
The Young Scientist Centre will provide children aged 7-18 and their teachers with an interactive, experimental space in which to explore science.
Because such a wide age range was to be accommodated, ALS (UK) fitted mobile, height-adjustable benches.
The benches were designed to maximise the working area and were supplied in lengths from 1,000mm to 1,500mm wide.
The height adjustment is from 750mm high up to 900mm high.
